This year we will try to do online evaluations for coaches. Please take a few
minutes to send us your thoughts on your coaches, assistant coaches, team
parents and anyone else who was involved with your child's team. We will use
these strictly for informational purposes and NO ONE other than the people
responsible for choosing the coaching staff will have access to them. It may be
done anonymously if you wish. Please be honest and open as this information
will assist us in developing the safest and most productive environment for your
children. (please do a separate evaluation for each person.)
